Institute 193 is proud to offer this one-of-a-kind piece by artist Robert Oglander, currently on view in his gallery exhibition at 193, "Busy Every Day".
After learning to latch-hook from the kits commonly sold in craft-supply stores, the 94 year-old Oglander tossed out his patterns and began creating his own designs. Their dense fields of abstraction are a showcase for both his deft eye for color and his skill with the hook.
